“Cow-a-bunga Farm: Growing with Our Faithful God” is the intriguing theme of an exciting week of Vacation Bible School presented by Marion Baptist Church.

The program takes place from 9 – 11:30 a.m, Monday, August 8 through Friday, August 12.

During five days of Bible lessons, students will experience life on the farm as they learn about God’s faithfulness revealed in the life of Joseph whose brothers sold him into slavery.

All children from Marion and surrounding communities who are entering kindergarten through sixth grade in the fall are welcome. There is no charge.

Children attending the Marion program can look forward to daily puppet shows, songs, crafts, games, missions moment and snacks.

Other highlights include prizes for daily attendance and rewards for memorizing Bible verses.

“We’re thrilled to bring Cow-a-bunga Farm to the children of the Marion area,” said Peggy Hoard, program coordinator. “Our passion is working with children and it’s a joy to bring the program to the community.”
