Weekly Report
Jan. 29 to Feb. 4
Feb. 2: Truancy – Officers responded to a report of a truant student.  The student was located and transported to the elementary school.  
Feb. 2: Check Well Being – Officers were requested to stand-by during a CPS home visit. 
Feb.3  Criminal Sexual Conduct – Officers were called to investigate a CSC complaint.The case remains open at this time. 
Feb. 4: Harassment – Officers were called to investigate an online harassment complaint. The case remains open at this time.
January 22-28
Jan. 23:  Juvenile Complaint – Officers were dispatched to the Evart High School for two students that walked away from the school. The students were located and turned over to family members.
Jan. 25: Property Damage Accident – Officers responded to an accident report where the second vehicle had left the scene. Fault was not able to be determined due to the absence of the other vehicle.  
Jan. 25:  Juvenile Complaint – Officers responded to a complaint of a juvenile being assaulted by another juvenile while at school.  The case remains open at this time.  
Jan. 25: Personal Property Damage Accident – Officers were dispatched to a personal property damage accident involving three vehicles.  No injuries were reported. 
Jan. 25: Harassment – Officers were called to investigate a harassment complaint. The case remains open at this time.  
Jan. 25: Harassment – Officers were called to investigate a harassment complaint.  Both parties were advised to stop contacting each other.   
Jan. 26: Misdemeanor Arrest – Officers made contact with a subject with multiple outstanding warrants. They were arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail where they were lodged on their warrants.  
Jan. 26:Possession of Marijuana – Officers made contact with a subject with outstanding warrants who was found to be in possession of Marijuana. They were arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail where they were lodged. 
Jan. 26: Fire Alarm – Officers were at the middle school when a false alarm was activated. The case remains open at this time. 
Jan. 26: Hit and Run Private Property Damage Accident – Officers responded to a hit and run accident at a local business.  The case remains open at this time. 
Jan. 26: Litter – Officers were dispatched to a littering complaint.  The case is closed due to lack of suspects. 
Jan. 27:  Operating Under the Influence – While conducting a traffic stop, Officers made contact with an impaired driver. The subject was arrested and transported to the Osceola County Jail where they were lodged on charges.  
Jan. 28: Fraud – Officers responded to a fraud complaint at a local business.  The case remains open at this time.
