Four charged in Osceola County B & E’s

Osceola County Prosecutor Tony Badovinac, in a press release from his office, said he has charged four individuals with several breaking and entering crimes in the county recently.

Badovinac said Daniel Burchett has been convicted by plea of five felonies, which includes four counts of home invasion 2nd degree (15-year felonies) and one count of possession of methamphetamine (10-year felony).

Daniel Alex Bell has been charged with four counts of home invasion second degree; one count of B and E Building with Intent (10-year felony) four counts of Conspiracy to commit a B and E with Intent (10-year felony); one count of safe breaking (life offense) and his charges are pending.

Badovinac added Christian Corrigan has been charged with one count of Home Invasion (15-year felony); one count of B and E Building with Intent (10-year felony); one count conspiracy to commit a B and E with Intent (10-year felony), and his charges are pending.

Badovinac added Lindsey Rose Trumble has been charged with four counts of Conspiracy to commit B and E (10-year felonies) one count of Receiving and concealing stolen property (5-year felony) and four counts of accessory after the fact (5-year felonies).

Home residences of the suspects were not provided.

“The charges stem from a number of Breaking and Enterings of remote cabins in Osceola County and involve the individuals working in concert,” Badovinac said citing “excellent police work” in the cases and indicated that multiple convictions and significant prison time would result for some of the individuals.

“I even received letters from the victims praising the investigation of the police officers which ultimately led to confessions by some of the participants,” he added.
