Deputies Arrest Two For Series of Thefts

MARION — In a press release issued on Monday by Osceola County sheriff Ed William, it was announced deputies from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office investigated several complaints involving the larcenies of utility trailers in Rose Lake and Hartwick Townships from lat August to Sept/ 8th.

The press release further states: “Following investigative leads, Depu- ties were able to obtain a search for the suspect(s) residence located in the city of Charlotte. The search warrant was ex- ecuted with the assistance of the Charlotte Police Department. Deputies were able to recover two of the stolen trailers, with one trailer, a black 1995 Assembled 14 ft Trailer, Double axle with black rims, steel rails, and slide out ramps, Michigan registration D399258 still unaccounted for.”

Williams said Deputies arrested Diedre Rose De- good a 34-year-old female from Tustin and Richard James Ehl a 33-year old male from Charlotte. Each subject was charged with 3 counts of Larceny $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, and 3 counts of Conspiracy to commit Larceny $1,000.00 or more but less than $20,000, Wil- liams said. He added both subjects have posted bond on the above charges and have been released from jail.
